Task sync & integrations: Project Board, Azure DevOps & more

Nodes in AI-MindMap can be marked as tasks and synchronized with external project management tools. Plan in the mind map and keep working in your usual task tool — without maintaining things twice.

Frequently asked questions

Which tools can I connect to AI-MindMap?

Currently timeghost Project Board is supported with bidirectional sync. Azure DevOps, GitHub Issues, Jira, Microsoft Planner and Microsoft To Do are planned.

Who can set up integrations?

Integrations are configured by workspace administrators under Administration → Integrations and apply workspace-wide. Linking individual maps and nodes is then done by the editors.

In which direction are tasks synchronized?

Per link you choose between bidirectional sync, push only (from the mind map to the external system) and pull only (from the external system into the mind map).
